• Shift starts with reviewing the new gym member list and scheduling Fit Start appointments for potential clients
• Meet and discuss fitness goals with members, providing a sample training session
• Assign new clients to Personal Trainers, checking in regularly to ensure quality service and programming
• Interview/hire, train, and manage/support Personal Trainers - reassigning clients as needed
• Attend routine meetings and weekly conference calls

• Current Personal Training certification obtained within 60 days (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or other approved program)
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification obtained within 30 days
• No degree needed. We’ve got you covered with our skills training.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect/communicate with and motivate others while providing excellent customer service.
