Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of chicken dishes, sides, and sauces according to established recipes and standards

Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

Strong interest in cooking and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from leadership

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
