Description

We are looking for part-time sales associates who are enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and hard-working!

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exemplary selling and customer service to improve store productivity and profitability. This includes offering product recommendations, serving as a role model for retail best practices, and focusing on sales, service, and relationship-building. Responsibilities also include inventory management, stocking, housekeeping, and assisting with stockroom duties. The Sales Associate reports directly to the Store Manager and works closely with the corporate store team.

Required Qualifications

• If under 18, must meet work permit requirements.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.

• Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
• Effective communication skills and adaptability.
• Ability to receive feedback and use technology proficiently.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks as described.
• Exposure to various environmental factors including dust, cleaning agents, noise, and work at heights.
• Continuous communication with customers and team members.

This is a part-time, non-exempt hourly position, typically working 6-20 hours per week, up to 28 hours on average.
