1st Shift Warehouse Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and working closely with warehouse operations.

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (or until work is completed)
• $20.00/hour

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, and orders
• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments through the Dock Management System
• Coordinate communication between customers, warehouse teams, brokers, and carriers
• Enter and process orders accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Generate shipping paperwork and maintain records
• Process invoices and research discrepancies
• Assist with approved credits and debits
• Provide administrative support and assist the team as needed

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass a math assessment, background check, and drug screening
