People Share by PROMAN is seeking a Warehouse Lead for 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (or until work is completed), with overtime opportunities. This role leads daily warehouse operations, oversees a team, and ensures accurate inventory management.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, an Associate degree in Logistics or related field, 3+ years in warehousing, and 1+ year in a lead role. Forklift certification and experience with WMS/barcode systems are preferred.
