• Drive lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement the sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive and increase membership and retail sales through exceptional customer service.
• Problem‑solve staffing and scheduling issues with instructors and other personnel.
• Ensure studio retail products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Make independent high‑level customer‑service decisions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking and community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Adhere to all company policies, including the at‑will employment policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.
• Experience driving revenue streams in memberships, retail sales, private training bookings, and teacher training enrollments.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in person, phone, email).
• Ability to excel in a fast‑changing, diverse environment.
• Strong judgment to recognize areas of improvement and implement changes.
• Passion for fitness.
• Solid writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
• Collaborative with co‑workers, clients, and the public.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with studio software.

• Hourly wage: $20‑21 per hour, plus additional commission on sales.
• Average total earnings (with commission): $21‑26 per hour.
