Job Subfunction:Business and Change Consulting
Job Description:Fleishman Hillard's Talent + Transformation team is not a team of traditional employee communications experts. We are change communications specialists. Our work is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: people are what power successful transformations — in many ways, they are the business. So we go beyond informing employees. We help organizations move people from awareness to action, shifting what they think, feel and do to achieve outcomes that actually matter to the business.
We work at the intersection of strategy, human behavior and communications, helping organizations navigate some of the most complex, high-stakes moments a company can face: mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, cultural overhauls, digital transformations and more. If you've spent your career doing this kind of work — and you're energized by the challenge of getting entire organizations moving in the same direction — this role was built for you.
Fleishman Hillard values the importance of impact and inclusion to strengthen the bonds between us, grow our people and create spaces for everyone to thrive. We stay true to our commitment to our people and the communities in which we live and work. As part of our ongoing effort to be the world’s most inclusive agency, we are committed to seeking candidates who possess and demonstrate a profound interest in furthering our impact and inclusion goals.
TheOpportunity
We have an immediate opening for a Vice President to join our Talent + Transformation team at Fleishman Hillard's global headquarters in St. Louis, Mo. This is a mid-to-senior level role for a practitioner who has built their career at the intersection of change management and strategic communications — someone who understands that the hardest part of any transformation isn't the strategy;
it's the people.
The right candidate has done this work and knows what it takes to move an organization through change — not just communicate about it. They understand resistance, they know how to build a compelling change narrative, they know how to equip leaders
