- Operator
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks to produce metal products.
- Place parts in the correct order, then bolt, clip, screw, or cement them together based on product specifications.
- Perform tests to ensure electric and gas equipment models function properly.
- Collaborate with department members and solve problems.
- Ensure metal products have a smooth finished surface, removing defects such as dents and scratches using hand and power tools.
- Determine type of grinding based on blueprints.
- Operate belt grinders, carbide burrs, cartridge rolls; finish product and smooth welds.
- Apply caulk to meet quality standards.
- Move finished product to packaging area.
- Follow safety procedures, wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Set up and operate machines such as cutoff saws, shears, presses to fabricate metal products.
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately cut, fit, weld stainless steel.
- Inspect sheet metal for imperfections, correct, guarantee quality before shipment.
- Receive, store, distribute products; maintain accurate records.
- Perform quality checks of incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Transport and load materials manually or with hand trucks or skids.
- Perform cycle counts, label products.
- Build cabinets and shelving from supplied materials per customer blueprints.
- Follow blueprints, use correct materials, measure, cut, assemble with tools and adhesives.
- Perform quality checks to meet specifications.
- Complete projects on time, stay organized and detail-oriented.
- Use measuring tools like tape and calipers accurately.
- Read and understand blueprints, safety rules, written instructions, procedure manuals.
- Proficient in basic math, precise measurements.
- Stand for extended periods, lift 10–50 lbs, push, pull, reach.
- Use hand tools and equipment common in manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail; problem-solve to ensure quality and integrity.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Comply with safety procedures, maintain a clean workspace.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year related experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail.
Employee regularly must use hands to handle or feel. Tasks include standing, reaching, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts; noise level moderate to loud. Requires close and distance vision.

Shift Schedule- 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
