We’re a locally owned Lawn Doctor franchise building a team around accountability, knowledge, and long‑term customer relationships.

We’re hiring one salesperson.

This position is for someone who understands that lawn care is not a quick fix—and knows how to communicate that clearly to homeowners.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Evaluating lawns and recommending appropriate programs
• Managing leads and following through consistently
• Building a book of business based on trust and results

• You take ownership of your numbers
• You follow through without being asked
• You continue learning your craft
• You communicate clearly and professionally

Experience in turf, lawn care, or agronomy is strongly preferred.

Sales experience helps—but we value understanding the product just as much.

Base salary + commission + bonuses
