Are you ready? We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to provide vital support to our operations by managing travel reporting, maintaining structured data hierarchies, and delivering accurate administrative services. In this role, you will act as a key resource for the organization by executing standard data entry, generating compliance travel reports, managing system hierarchies, and taking ownership of updating, maintaining, and publishing internal policies, procedures, and forms.

This position is aligned with the company’s Data Analyst II job profile for classification purposes. The role focuses on data entry, system maintenance, and operational reporting rather than statistical data analysis or metric evaluation).
- System & Configuration Support:
Review Concur Expense and Travel configuration setups for operational flow, monitor and coordinate with IT on the Concur error log for updates, and provide direct employee system support. - Travel Operations & Reporting:
Generate standard travel reports and book reservations using the Sabre Red Travel System. - Data Verification:
Review travel reports and operational entries for correctness and data integrity, executing necessary corrections. - Documentation Management:
Update, maintain, and publish internal policies, procedures, and operational forms for company-wide use. - Hierarchy Maintenance:
Maintain organized files, records, and structured system hierarchies. - Daily Administration:
Leverage Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint for daily tasks, record-keeping, and data management. - Deadline Management:
Manage multiple operational priorities effectively to meet strict publishing and reporting deadlines. - Shift and
Hours:
4 hours per day;
Monday to Friday.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED required. - Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of professional administrative experience required (2–3 years preferred, specifically with Microsoft Office and the Sabre Red Travel System). - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with SharePoint and document repositories.
- Working knowledge of Sabre Red Travel System and Concur Travel & Expense System.
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic mathematical skills for data entry.
- Exceptional organizational and file-management skills.
- Solid computer literacy and system navigation skills.
- Clear communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy and data entry precision under deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to execute accurate travel bookings in the Sabre Red Travel System.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine system errors.
- Starting rate: $20.00 per hour, with compensation subject to increase based on experience.
