B2B Client/Customer Service - Order/Operations Support
Hybridat Clayton, MO (2 or 3 days onsite)
Pay rate: $18/hr to $20/hr
Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where your dedication to delivering exceptional service will make a meaningful impact. This role offers a hybrid work environment in Clayton, providing both hands-on client interaction and vital back-end support to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be key to managing order processes and assisting our customer-facing team in meeting client needs promptly and professionally.
Required Skills:- At least 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience (highly preferred)
- Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and apply it effectively
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Skills:
- Experience with invoicing and data requests
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree
- Prior experience in a client-focused, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setting in Clayton
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
