We are looking for a highly motivated Catering & Events Manager to work at our Clayton location.

• Serve as the primary liaison for all social and corporate events—managing inquiries, proposals, tastings, BEO creation, timelines, and client communication.
• Balance administrative planning with on-site event execution, adjusting focus based on weekly event volume and operational needs.
• Partner with the F&B and Culinary teams to plan and execute events that reflect MAC standards of precision, hospitality, and consistency.
• Oversee setup, service flow, and breakdown to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
• Schedule and lead Banquet Servers and Captains, ensuring proper staffing levels for all events.
• Maintain accurate event details, billing, and post-event follow-ups.
• Uphold MAC Clayton service standards and serve as an ambassador of elevated member and guest hospitality.

• 3‑5 years of catering or banquet management experience in a high‑volume or luxury environment.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with proficiency in event planning systems (or ability to learn quickly).
• Ability to lead teams with professionalism, clarity, and positivity.
• Experience in hotel, private club, or upscale restaurant operations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and build strong client relationships.
• A hands‑on management style and commitment to delivering elevated hospitality.
