Job Overview
We are hiring a Room Inspector to assist in our Housekeeping Department!
As the Housekeeping Room Inspector, you ensure the cleanliness and attractive appearance in the guest accommodations and public spaces in accordance with hotel standards. You inspect all rooms, report deficiencies, and verify that they are corrected. Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, cleaning products and standard cleaning equipment is required. You must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
You collaborate with team members and other departments to meet the property’s high cleanliness and productivity standards, maintain proper working order, and drive guest service levels. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, passion for training, and ability to anticipate guests’ and the team’s needs while remaining calm under pressure are critical.
You act as a coach and mentor to your team and hold them accountable for results. In turn, you are accountable for the entire housekeeping department, including onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning. You support the team’s development while meeting guest needs and achieving company goals.
Ideal Candidates- You have experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi‑unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor with great attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $16.00 – $19.20 per hour.
