Anticipated to open early 2026, MAC Clayton will feature state-of-the-art facilities, refined dining, and thoughtfully designed spaces for athletics, wellness, and social connection.

This new Clubhouse will serve as a cornerstone for members seeking excellence in hospitality, culinary innovation, and community engagement. We are seeking polished, welcoming Hosts to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests-guiding them through the clubhouse, assisting with way finding, and supporting the dining and lounge experience.

• Deliver a warm, polished, and anticipatory greeting to all members at the club entrance and throughout the dining and lounge areas.
• Serve as a welcoming presence in the Trophy Lounge, providing directional assistance, light concierge-style guidance, and basic amenity information.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments with strong communication and attention to pacing.
• Escort members to dining areas—Table 14, Trophy Lounge seating, bar areas, and private rooms—ensuring a seamless handoff to FOH staff.
• Maintain an organized and elevated appearance of the entrance, host stand, lounge entry, and adjacent spaces.
• Recognize members by name when possible and personalize greetings using private-club etiquette.
• Assist with coat check, menus, phone inquiries, and other guest-facing touches that elevate the member experience.
• Communicate actively with Servers, Bartenders, Supervisors, and Managers to support flow, table readiness, and service timing.
• Demonstrate polished communication, high situational awareness, and a welcoming demeanor at all times.

• 2+ years of experience as a greeter, host, concierge, front desk agent, or guest relations associate in luxury restaurants, hotels, or private clubs preferred.
• Warm, professional communication skills and an intuitive sense of hospitality.
• Strong organizational abilities and comfort with reservation management systems (training provided).
• Professional appearance and confident, poised presence.
• Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume periods.
• Strong interpersonal awareness, with the ability to anticipate member needs and provide discreet, thoughtful assistance.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable first impressions and guiding high-end guest experiences.
