Responsibilities

Responsible for building and managing client products in a database, maintaining operational technical reporting and tools, managing account survey requests, supporting field training, and collaborating with client contacts to deliver optimal solutions.

Essential

Job Duties and Responsibilities Execution
  • Ensure compliance with distribution, new item speed to shelf, pricing objectives, planogram conditions, display performance against features, and promotional activity and POS distribution.
  • Work to resolve any non‑compliance issues at retail where possible and communicate solvable and unsolvable issues properly.
  • Perform ride‑withs at all levels of the retail organization.
Tracking
  • Audit stores in assigned geography according to executable items.
  • Track and score retail audits, shipment opportunities, and report all competitive activity.
Training
  • Attend retail meetings to communicate client objectives, general retail trainings, market condition observations, and assist in sales training.
Communication
  • Communicate the progress on the executables and tracking results and report all opportunities to the headquarters team/client. Partner with BDM and appropriate Retail Managers to ensure all promotional activity is communicated to the retail team according to set retail standards and methods.
  • Relate findings to headquarters team and client as deduced from retail/field contacts and retail meeting feedback.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • May hire, retain, train, coach, guide, direct, and develop direct reports using company‑wide processes, tools and resources.
  • May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports.
Travel and/or Driving Requirements

Travel and driving are essential duties and functions of this job. Travel up to 50%.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:

    Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:

    3–5 years in applicable fields.
  • Supervisory experience: 2+ years.

Environmental &

Physical Requirements

Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Requires standing, walking, bending, stooping or climbing for 66%+ of the workday. May have exposure to dust and need to lift or push up to 50 pounds 33%–66% of the time.
