Our Account Executives provide talent acquisition solutions in technology and healthcare, meeting the growing demands of hiring executives across our client portfolio. Compensation:
Average incomes in 2024 for Judge Salespeople:
- 37% earned over $250,000
- 35% earned between $150,000 and $250,000
- 14% earned between $100,000 and $150,000
- 14% earned between $75,000 and $100,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Research, market, and present our services to new and existing clients
- Engage in in-person meetings and presentations with hiring managers and executives
- Generate new business via cold calling, conferences, and referrals
- Expand and maintain existing client relationships
- Maintain a pipeline with 10-15 client meetings weekly, including Zoom presentations
- Secure qualified job opportunities from clients
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of business development or recruiting experience with a successful track record
- Traits:
Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, money-motivated, hunter/farmer mentality - Experience with local mid-market and/or national accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
