St. Michael the Archangel Regional School is seeking a joyful and inspiring full-time Middle School Social Studies teacher who supports the Catholic faith and strives for academic excellence. We are looking for a dynamic educator to join our exceptional team and school family.

• Teach Social Studies to grades 5–8 and ELA to grade 5.
• Develop and deliver engaging, curriculum-based instruction.
• Build positive and productive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
• Use effective classroom management that affirms the dignity of all students.
• Actively contribute to the school’s community and culture.
• Integrate technology into instruction where appropriate.
• Perform non-teaching duties as assigned.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the principal.

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• New Jersey teacher certification (Standard, CEAS, or CE), or out-of-state equivalent.
• Pastor’s letter attesting to the candidate’s active practice of the Catholic faith.
• Completion of fingerprinting clearance and VIRTUS training.
• Commitment to promoting the Catholic mission and values of the school.

• Annual salary range: $30,000 to $40,000.
