Role
Lead site services systems management for aseptic production facilities at Novo Nordisk, ensuring maintenance and service delivery are cost-effective and compliant.
Responsibilities- negotiate and oversee contracts
- manage facility upkeep
- respond to maintenance requests
- supervise security, housekeeping, pest control, and emergency response activities
- maintain records for audits
- handle deviations and non-conformances
- support waste management and fire systems backup
- Bachelor's in engineering, business, or related field
- 5+ years in facilities maintenance with system ownership
- 2+ years in contract negotiation and management
- knowledge of building maintenance, security, and OSHA regulations
- experience managing contractors
- facilities management in pharmaceutical or biopharma manufacturing
- aseptic production
- GMP/regulatory compliance
- contract negotiations
- emergency response participation
on-site at Novo Nordisk facilities, physical activity involved, with potential work in loud/noisy environments.
