Key Responsibilities- Review and interpret plumbing plans and project documents.
- Produce detailed material and labor takeoffs for commercial plumbing systems.
- Develop clear, accurate estimates aligned with applicable building codes and specifications.
- Compare vendor and subcontractor quotes and incorporate pricing accurately.
- Collaborate with operations and project leaders to support estimating and cost optimization.
- Support design and cost decisions to improve value and feasibility.
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and estimating practices.
- Proficiency reading construction drawings and translating scope into quantities.
- Ability to evaluate quotes and reconcile differences for accurate pricing.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to produce reliable estimates.
- Effective communication and teamwork with internal stakeholders.
