Patient Registration Specialist / Customer Service Representative (CSR) – JMA Pediatrics

We are hiring a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist patients and families with inquiries, manage appointment scheduling, maintain accurate patient records, address real‑time concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and a seamless experience.

$17.00/hr – $19.00/hr

• Customer service, support, and satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing customer experience
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and patience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
• Positive attitude and teamwork in a healthcare setting
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
