Job Description
The main requirement for Domino’s Pizza Customer Service Representative (CSR) applicants is to have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and be customer service oriented. The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Speak with customers throughout the shift and handle various customer‑related issues.
- Provide accurate information on product details, services, charges, and other relevant information as needed.
- Learn basic store operations, including making pizzas and product control.
