UNC Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at Clayton, located in Clayton, North Carolina are currently seeking an MD/DO, BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team full-time! Join an existing, stable group of 2 Orthopedic Surgeon Physicians, 1 Sports Medicine Physician and 2 APPs!

Schedule

• Full-time
• Alternating schedule between clinic and OR
• Clinic hours:
  Monday - Thursday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 7:45am - 12:00 pm
• Call:
  Participate in unassigned hospital call, 1:7 or 1:8, as well as practice call rotation

Requirements

• Candidates must have experience in hip/knee arthroplasty, foot & ankle surgery, or trauma surgery
• Fellowship-trained is a bonus
• Opportunities to support local High School athletic teams and events
• Supervising APPs
• There is no current need within the group for specialists in sports medicine or shoulder/elbow surgery
