Oak City Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and highly relational Enrollment Coordinator to manage the day-to-day admissions and enrollment processes. This role involves assisting prospective families, coordinating tours and assessments, maintaining admissions records, and supporting enrollment events. The Enrollment Coordinator will work closely with the Enrollment Manager to implement the annual admissions strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle admissions inquiries and phone calls.
- Assist with and coordinate new family tours, student assessments, and shadow days.
- Manage new student applications and enrollment documents.
- Maintain and update admissions software (Ravenna).
- Track enrollment data, financial aid, and retention statistics.
- Set up and attend school fairs, admissions meetings, and other events.
- Prepare materials for admissions events and maintain accurate records.
- Perform occasional supply runs for event preparation.
Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to Christian education and Oak City Academy’s mission.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Highly relational and customer-service oriented.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to learn new software (e.g., Trello, Canva, Ravenna).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and think creatively.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift/move event materials and walk between campus locations as needed.
- Background in teaching or academic advising is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for education and helping students succeed academically and personally.
- Requires occasional evening/weekend availability for events.
- Involves standing, walking, and lifting event materials.
