THE WORK- Manage the entire contract life cycle from initiation through final completion and contract closeout, ensuring compliance with all project and client requirements.
- Validate the Request for Approval (RFA) processes submitted by Construction Management Contractors to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Verify that contract execution aligns with the agreed commercial, legal, and technical conditions defined by all parties.
- Monitor the performance and compliance of contractors and subcontractors, taking appropriate actions to ensure obligations are met.
- Collaborate with the assigned cost controller to ensure the contract is executed within approved budgets and planned costs.
- Coordinate with the assigned scheduler to confirm that all contract activities are executed according to the approved schedule.
- Work closely with the PMC team to identify potential risks during contract execution and ensure effective mitigation measures are implemented.
- Prepare and submit reports in accordance with the client’s contract management procedures and reporting requirements.
- Maintain clear communication and documentation to support transparency and accountability throughout the contract duration.
- Perform all administrative tasks related to contract management to ensure efficient governance and project delivery.
- Work onsite at client sites.
$75,000 – $120,000 a year. Compensation varies by location, role, and experience. Accenture provides a reasonable range for roles hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, or Washington.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a relevant field of study.
- 10 years of experience as a Contract Manager in projects in Life Science or similar areas.
- Strong knowledge in Contract Lifecycle, Management, Project Control/Schedule, Risk Management, Compliance, Cost Control.
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience – 2+ years.
- Strong interpersonal, attention to detail, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent organizational skills.
