Diagnostic Technologist I – Full Time Flex

Join an energetic, patient-focused team at Cardinal Points Imaging of the Carolinas. The position is a full-time flex role located in Clayton, NC.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner.
• Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback to improve clinical practice.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Radiography Technologist.
• Education: An associate’s degree in Radiology or graduation from an accredited two‑year radiology program.
• License/Certification: Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and maintained current registration. Must meet state licensure requirements. BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Pre‑employment drug screen and background check required.

• Skill in operating radiographic equipment and applicable ancillary equipment.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Accurate and concise documentation skills.
• Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and data retrieval.
