RN​/LPN Telephone Triage Nurse

Overview

Join the RN/LPN Telephone Triage Nurse role at JMA Pediatrics in Clayton, NC.

• Telephone triage and patient advice
• Prescription refill requests
• Process patient calls per provider request
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and external entities
• Lead specialty programs (Behavioral Health, Asthma, Population Management, Vaccine Management)
• Serve as site lead, trainer, and committee member

• Valid RN or LPN license in North Carolina
• Proficient patient assessment and care
• Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations
