Operations

As a Warehouse Associate at Caterpillar, you will support logistics by performing the material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies at the Clayton, NC facility.

• Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Willing and able to perform repetitive operations
• Willing and able to lift, push and pull up to 35 lbs

• Minimum 12 months of forklift experience on sit-down, stand-up/reach truck or turret truck
• Beginner proficiency in computer skills/Microsoft applications

• Order Picker Forklift experience (cherry-picker, case-picker)
• Logistics/Warehouse experience
• Experience with Computerized Inventory Management Systems (SAP)
• Numerical Reasoning Aptitude Skills

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6 am – 4:30 pm. Mandatory overtime on business needs on Fridays (approximately 2 overtime shifts each month).

$18.00 – $22.40 per hour.
