Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for Construction Laborers - Roofers to join our team! Our team has a great work environment, and has a respectable atmosphere. We hire honest, hardworking, and dependable people who are interested in a career in residential construction.

Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday 40-50 hour weeks

Responsibilities:

• Framing - houses, additions, post frame buildings
• Siding and roofing
• Assist with roof installation, repairs, and replacements.
• Load, unload, and transport roofing materials and tools.
• Remove old roofing materials and clean job sites.
• Assist roofers with material preparation and installation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.

Qualifications

• Must have construction, roofing, or skilled trade experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Your own set of hand tools is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials.
• Comfortable working at heights, on roofs and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
