1st & 2nd Shift Laser / Weld Robot / Press Brake Operator

Must pass a hair follicle drug test and background check

• Operate laser cutting machines, weld robots, and press brakes according to engineering specifications and production schedules.
• Perform first article inspections using blueprints and drawings.
• Detect and report defective or questionable materials.
• Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift.
• Use overhead and JIB cranes safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints.
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
