First Gabrielson Agency is a growing, independent insurance agency, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Clear Lake, Iowa. If you’re an insurance professional who enjoys client relationships, technical expertise, and working in a collaborative agency environment, this is an excellent opportunity for long-term growth.

• Quote and process new business, including:
• Market selection and field underwriting
• Binding and issuing policies
• Account billing
• Analyze risk exposures to determine the best markets
• Service existing accounts:
• Policy changes
• Claims processing
• Client and agent inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

• Preferred: 5–10 years of insurance experience
• Ability to obtain or maintain Personal Lines and Property & Casualty licenses
• Prior insurance sales and customer service experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with solid computer and data entry skills
• Bilingual skills are a plus
