Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, starting at 5 PM (flexible night hours; overtime as needed)

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll help keep our distribution center running smoothly and efficiently-work that ultimately helps save lives. You will:

• Assist the Operations Manager with planning, organizing, and directing night shift warehouse activities.
• Lead and develop team members, maintaining high morale and work standards.
• Train employees and manage performance.
• Identify and resolve root-cause issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Control expenses and reduce employee turnover and overtime.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and housekeeping to company standards.

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of operational experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and make sound business decisions.
  • Demonstrated employee engagement skills.
• Schedule:
  • Must be open to flexible night hours (Sunday-Thursday) and overtime as needed.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Skilled in interviewing, coaching, evaluation, discipline, and record keeping.
• Familiarity with DEA regulations and WMS systems preferred.
• MS Access proficiency a plus.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• High-energy distribution center environment.
• Ability to work various shifts, including nights and overtime as required.
