As an
** Operations Manager**, you’ll oversee daily operations at our pharmaceutical distribution center. Your focus will include staffing, safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll work across teams to keep operations efficient, maintain inventory control, and drive best practices.###
** What You’ll Do
**** Operations & Safety
*** Manage daily activities across departments.
* Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping processes.
* Ensure materials and products are available on time.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
* Enforce OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.
* Conduct safety audits, lead incident investigations, and provide training.
** Team Leadership
*** Lead and develop supervisors and team members.
* Manage hiring, onboarding, and training.
* Foster engagement, retention, and teamwork.
** Reporting & Improvement
*** Review operational reports and budgets.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
* Partner with Continuous Improvement (CI) Team.
** Compliance & Communication
*** Maintain SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Meet service level and quality goals.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.###
** What You’ll Need
*** 6+ years in warehouse operations, 2+ years in a supervisory role.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Leadership and coaching abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and WMS systems.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Flexibility with work hours and days.
** Nice to Have
*** Distribution experience.
* Budget management and Six Sigma experience.### ###
** Physical Requirements
*** Fast-paced distribution center environment.
* Ability to work varied shifts and occasional overtime.### ###
