Position SummaryAs a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, high‑performance microservices and cloud‑native applications that solve complex client challenges. Working closely with Solution Architects, clients, and cross‑functional teams, you will transform business requirements into scalable, resilient solutions.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Solution Architects to create designs that follow industry‑standard software design patterns and best practices.
- Develop highly secure, performant, and maintainable code based on software designs for Kingland solutions.
- Leverage automated build, deploy, and test tools (Git Lab) to create, build, and test code.
- Identify, communicate, and remediate defects throughout the software engineering process.
- Actively participate in an Agile development process, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, delivering working software in short iterations, and adapting to changing requirements through frequent feedback loops.
- Collaborate with teammates and clients from requirements review and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and triage.
- Work within a team to create innovative software designs and accompanying prototypes for Kingland solution requirements, enabling further implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and requisite experience.
- Strong foundation in Java, Spring, Angular, Python, Postgre
SQL, Terraform, Spark, Docker, and AWS. - Ability to travel to Kingland office locations and additional travel as required by business and client needs.
