Position:
Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist,

Location:

Clearfield, UT.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences.
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service both in person over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑service orientation.
