Northrop Grumman is seeking either a Principal Facilities Construction Engineer Level 3 or a Senior Principal Facilities Construction Engineer Level 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The position is located in Clearfield, UT
.

• Plans, designs, and oversees the construction of new or expanded facilities.
• Prepares architectural and engineering cost estimates and schedules.
• Obtains and supervises outside contractors.
• Recommends architectural and engineering design procedures and standards for the planning and design of facilities.
• Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
• Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
• Supervises the detailed design, budgetary costing, standardized construction, and final inspection of facility projects.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and any deviation from the original plan.
• Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years Construction management, or construction engineering experience or 3 years Construction management, or construction engineering experience with a Masters Degree
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of computer operations and applications pertinent to the job function (i.e. Revit, MS Visio, MS Project, and other construction design software).
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and necessary Program Accesses
• Must possess a valid Utah State driver's license or must acquire a Utah driver's license within 30 days from the time of hire

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years Construction management, or construction engineering experience or 6 years Construction management, or construction engineering experience with a Masters Degree
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of computer operations and applications pertinent to the job function (i.e. Revit, MS Visio, MS Project, and other construction design software).
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and necessary Program Accesses
• Must possess a valid Utah State driver's license or must acquire a Utah driver's license within 30 days from the time of hire

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
