Northrop Grumm a n is seeking a Principal Facilities Engineer or a Senior Principal Facilities Engineer Level 3/4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The position is located in Clearfield, UT . Duties & Responsibilities:

* Will schedule contractors and give provide SOW.

* Will take ownership of equipment - writing PM plans, responsible for critical spare parts

* Annual E-FMEA on assigned equipment.

* Strong organizational skills in managing time, projects, and resources.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skill being that this position is cross functional and engages other team members.

* Responsible for communication for machine downtime.

* Support operations IPT. This position may be filled as either a level 3 or level 4 depending on qualification below:

Basic Qualifications:

Principal Facilities Engineer Level 3:
* Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) with 5 years of Engineering experience in the following engineering fields:
Power Systems, Power, Electrical, Industrial, Construction, Mechanical Design, Engineering, Design, Facilities, Operations, Aerospace, Control OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in mentioned fields OR PhD in STEM with 1 year of experience in mentioned fields.

* Experience supporting manufacturing facilities.

* Knowledge and ability to use Lean Manufacturing tools

* Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project

* Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access. Sr. Principal Facilities Engineer Level 4:
* Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) with 8 years of Engineering experience in the following engineering fields:
Power Systems, Power, Electrical, Industrial, Construction, Mechanical Design, Engineering, Design, Facilities, Operations, Aerospace, Control OR Master's degree with 6 years of experience in mentioned fields OR PhD in STEM with 4 years of experience in mentioned fields.

* Experience supporting manufacturing facilities.

* Knowledge and ability to use Lean Manufacturing tools

* Troubleshooting industrial equipment for Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, PLC, Drives etc.... failures.

* Demonstrate Root Cause Corrective Action, 5 Why and 8-Disciplines problem solving method

* Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access

Preferred Qualifications:

* Understanding of the NEC and NFPA 70E

* Revit and AutoCAD drafting experience.

* Experience designing and commissioning power distribution systems.

* Must be able to maintain one line drawing for multiple buildings.

* Experience supporting manufacturing facilities.

* Interpret building and utility drawings and make the revisions as required.

* Demonstrated knowledge of Utah Code and Regulatory requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organizational skills in managing time, projects, and resources.

* Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)

* Ability to design security systems to the ICD
