Engineering Design Technician I, II, II – Clearfield, UT (Full-Time)

Join ES3 – Engineering and Software System Solutions, Inc. as an Engineering Design Technician. The Engineer will assist project development through CAD design, GD&T, drawing development, reverse engineering, and related duties.

Key responsibilities include drawing and reading detailed component and system level designs. The role requires problem‑solving skills, self‑motivation, and teamwork.

• Read and understand technical drawings
• Proficiency in CAD modeling software (Solid Works, AutoCAD)
• Component and facility layout design
• Piping and electrical drawings
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Technical writing
• Time management
• Willingness to learn new skills

• High School Diploma
• Applied Technology Training is a plus
• 0–10 years of experience with CAD design and modeling

• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Contractor Access Card (CAC) or possession of a retired Military
