Inspiration Home Health is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist to provide physician-prescribed therapy in patients' homes in Utah. The role includes developing plans of care, monthly reassessments, and coordinating with the clinical team.
The PT will educate patients and families on home programs, participate in QA activities, and prepare progress notes for physicians. Licensure in the state and prior experience are preferred.
