Join a team that designs and manufactures high‑value rocket motor cases. The Machinist will work on CNC centers and hand operations in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment.

• Set up and operate CNC equipment (Fanuc preferred); machine parts to exact tolerances.
• Perform in‑process and final part inspections, ensuring quality and GD&T compliance.
• Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, safe work area.
• Train teammates on CNC setup, operation and maintenance.
• Work weekday day shift (10‑hour shift). Overtime as required.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills; work with all levels.
• Proven training experience for mid‑to‑upper skill machine operators.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Self‑starter; adaptable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• High energy, results‑oriented team player.

• Minimum 2+ years CNC 3‑5‑axis machining experience.
• Extensive manual machine operation and setup experience.
• Experience with Fanuc controller preferred.
• Read and interpret production specifications, diagrams and GD&T.
• Advanced shop math calculations and complex measurement skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

• Minimum 4+ years CNC 3‑5‑axis machining experience.
• Extensive manual machine operation and setup experience.
• Experience with Fanuc controller preferred.
• Read and interpret production specifications, diagrams and GD&T.
• Advanced shop math calculations and complex measurement skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

• Machinist certification from an accredited trade school.

• Primary Level Salary Range: $44,400.00 – $74,000.00.
• Secondary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 – $87,900.00.
• Eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and annual bonus.
• Health insurance, life & disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO.
