• Lead and mentor a team to deliver excellent customer service
• Tackle problems, seek help when appropriate, and provide guidance to teammates
• Assist in achieving store goals and increasing profitability
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

• Prior restaurant experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to lead a team and mentor staff
