Compensation:
Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Reps for Spiked Wireless can make more than $20.00 per hour including base pay and commissions earned on all personal sales. Full-Time employees also receive additional benefits.
Spiked Wireless, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile, has immediate openings for Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representatives. We are looking for passionate, competitive, and friendly people to join our retail teams. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will represent the Metro brand and meet with our customers and guide them through the phone and accessory buying process.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Rep for Spiked Wireless, your day-to-day activities will be:
- Approaching every customer that walks through the door with a goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening.
- Exceeding monthly revenue sales goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts to identify revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
- Participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
- Being a team player and able to work in a group environment, open to learning, and treating customers and coworkers with respect.
- Working with store management in opening and closing, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
- Being professional and confident in what you’re selling by utilizing all the tools that management provides to continually improve product knowledge and features.
- Maintaining integrity, dependability, punctuality, and a clean, organized store.
To be considered for the position, Spike Wireless is looking for:
- 1+ years of sales experience (preferred), ideally in the wireless telecommunications industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident and a winning attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work with teammates
- Enjoys helping others and is extremely friendly
- Good decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet
- Be coachable and willing to coach others
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and be willing to undergo a background check
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
