Due to continued growth, we are accepting applications for Regional Truck Driver CDL A - Home Every Weekend in the Clearfield, UT area.

Compensation

• The annual salary range is $95,000 to $100,000+ per year, which includes:
  • $0.50-$0.51/per mile based on years of service
  • Hourly PTO pay based on tenure, $35-$50/hour
  • Accessorial pay:
    Per diem, stop pay, etc.
  • Speed/safety bonus per mile
  • Monthly profit-sharing bonus
  • Average 2300 miles/week
  • Typical work week is 50-55 hours per week
  • Bi-weekly paychecks

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday; 5 day work week; home every weekend
• Start times vary, typically between 5am-1pm
• Uniforms provided at no cost
• Dock deliveries, drop & hook, some backhauls and live-unload deliveries
• Option to unload for additional income or hire lumping service
• Park truck at the Clearfield, UT domicile
• Must be flexible with work schedule

Responsibilities

• Backing in and out of docks
• Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
• Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CDL A tractor-trailer experience and/or 100,000 miles OTR and/or Regional required.
• Minimum 1 year of OTR and reefer experience highly preferred
• Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with air brakes endorsement.
• Reefer experience preferred but not required
• Experience delivering to food service warehouses preferred but not required
• Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
• Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
• Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
