The incoming pediatrician will join a team of multiple specialties (including advanced practitioners) working in a state‑of‑the‑art medical office. This market offers the opportunity for outpatient and inpatient care with a shared call schedule.

$274,000–$414,000 per year (wage scale). Total compensation may vary based on call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, and other factors.

Adventist Health Clear Lake (AHCL) is a 25‑bed Critical Access medical center in Clearlake, California, serving Lake County. Services include 24‑hour emergency care, diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, mammography), home care, ICU, laboratory, maternity, physical rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, surgery, and ten rural health clinics around the lake that provide primary care, behavioral health, dental care, OB/GYN, pediatrics, and specialty health care services.
