Looking for a daytime pharmacy travel contract with a 4x10 schedule
? We're seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Clearlake, California, supporting hospital pharmacy operations and medication management across inpatient and ambulatory services.
4x10 Day Shifts
6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
4 days/week
40 hours/week
Days vary based on department needs
What You'll DoVerify, prepare, compound and dispense medications.
Monitor patient medication therapy and provide clinical drug consultation.
Support inpatient pharmacy operations as well as ambulatory and procedural areas.
Communicate with physicians and nurses regarding medication orders, dosing concerns and potential errors.
Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation and medication-management standards.
RequirementsGraduate of an accredited College/School of Pharmacy.
1–2 years of pharmacy experience preferred.
Hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
EPIC experience required.
Pyxis experience required.
Comfortable with variable workdays and occasional weekends.
