We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to join the team at the world-renowned Wilbur Hot Springs!!

We want a passionate, proven hospitality manager to take ownership of daily resort operations, leading our Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Healing Arts (Spa) teams! Tucked away on an 1,850-acre nature preserve off the grid in Northern California, Wilbur is an iconic solar-powered, digital-detox healing sanctuary. Living and working off-grid an hour from the nearest supermarket is an extraordinary adventure that comes with unique, hands-on challenges—so if you are deeply resilient, resourceful, and excited to turn remote living into moments of operational excellence, you will love life here!

We are seeking a warm, spirited, and grounded leader who brings genuine passion and solid operational experience in hospitality, retreats, or guest services. You are a natural people connector who shines when mentoring, scheduling, and uplifting multi-functional teams across front desk, housekeeping, and wellness. Highly organized and delightfully cool under pressure, you bring an infectious positive energy, a genuine love for hot springs culture and land stewardship, and the adaptability to handle on-site life, weekend rhythms, and occasional evening calls with ease and grace.
