SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
• General HR experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Secondary (Good to Have):
• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience
• Healthcare industry HR experience
POSITION OVERVIEW
The HR Generalist will provide general human resources support within a healthcare environment.
The role requires a strong foundation in HR practices and the ability to support day-to-day HR functions.
The ideal candidate will have progressive HR experience and knowledge of general HR processes.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide general HR support and assistance with day-to-day human resources activities
• Support employees and management with HR-related inquiries and processes
• Assist with maintaining and managing HR documentation and records
• Apply HR policies and procedures in accordance with organizational requirements
• Support other general HR functions as needed
