• Provide direct patient care in the ER, including initial assessment, ongoing monitoring, and timely interventions
• Triage patients, prioritize care, and coordinate with ED physicians and support staff
• Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, start IVs, and order or assist with labs and diagnostic tests as needed
• Document in the electronic medical record accurately and efficiently; communicate changes in patient condition to the team
• Support patient safety, infection control, discharge planning, and appropriate disposition or transfer of patients

• Active Registered Nurse license in California
• Education:
  
  Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Experience:
  
  ER or acute care nursing experience preferred
• Skills:
  
  Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and clear communication; ability to work in a fast-paced ED environment and adapt to night shifts
