We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Decks and Docks. This role is essential in managing our financial transactions and ensuring that all accounts payable processes run smoothly. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for excellent service and operational efficiency.

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized records of invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for payments.
• Utilize accounting software to track expenses and manage accounts payable reports.

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software; experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
