Pay Rate: $25 - $34 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately
• Ensure timely payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Previous experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or similar finance role
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high‑volume environment
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
