Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a growing organization in Clearwater! This highly visible role will support the C-level executive team and Controller directly. You will be heavily involved in various growth-focused projects, decision making and shaping new processes.

• Handle AP/AR and month-end close
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist with audits and financial reporting
• Support process improvements and special projects

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel skills
